Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

1. Information Collection

We collect basic account credentials (name, email) during signup. All uploaded text attachments (PDFs, DOCX, CSV, TXT) are read in-memory server-side to extract contents and are not permanently cached or stored on our servers.

2. Data Security

Your passwords are encrypted using state-of-the-art cryptographic hashing algorithms (`pbkdf2:sha256`) before being stored in the database. Double-layer token verification codes protect account verification from browser cookie hijackings.

3. Inference Integrity

When submitting messages, your context payloads are sent to secure inference models for resolution. These connection proxies do not store your personal identity metadata alongside the prompt text.

4. API and SDK Data Handling

Data submitted programmatically via the NeuroCLI API or Python SDK is subject to the exact same privacy and security standards as the web interface. All API interactions are securely encrypted via SSL/TLS, and API keys are stored securely on our servers using hashed representations.

5. Cookies & Cache

We use local session cookies to keep you logged in. Model selection preferences (like `NeuroCLI Gamma 0.3`) are cached locally in your browser's local storage for user experience speed optimization.

6. Data Retention Policies

NeuroCLI strictly follows a minimal data retention policy. Chat logs, generation history, and uploaded documents are stored ephemerally or securely isolated within your specific account partition. If you choose the "Clear Conversations" action in the application, your conversational data is permanently hard-deleted from our databases and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

To provide world-class language models, NeuroCLI processes requests through our secure, proprietary backend infrastructure. While your prompts are processed by highly secure compute clusters, we utilize enterprise agreements that strictly prohibit the use of your prompts and generated outputs for any foundational model training. No personally identifiable information (PII) is ever transmitted alongside your prompts to any external entities.

8. User Rights & GDPR Compliance

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data. You may request a complete export of your account data in machine-readable format or request full account erasure by contacting our support team. We fulfill all valid data subject access requests within 30 days.

9. Medical Data Privacy (HIPAA Alignment)

When utilizing the NeuroCLI Medical Gamma model or the Clinical Reasoning Core, you are strictly prohibited from inputting live, un-anonymized Protected Health Information (PHI). While our infrastructure utilizes TLS 1.3 encryption and secure enclaves, NeuroCLI is not a certified HIPAA Business Associate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data passed to the API has been thoroughly de-identified in accordance with the HIPAA Safe Harbor standard.

10. Children's Privacy

Our platform is designed for developers, researchers, and professionals. It is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain EU jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

11. Data Breaches & Incident Response

In the highly unlikely event of a database compromise or unauthorized access to our infrastructure, NeuroCLI maintains a strict 72-hour incident response and notification protocol. Affected users will be notified via email with details of the breach, the specific data involved, and immediate remediation steps.

12. Contact and Queries

If you have any questions about your data footprint, account deletion requests, or general compliance, please contact Malladi Vishwanath Tanmai at vishwanathtanmai003@gmail.com.
