By creating an account, logging in, or using the NeuroCLI platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform immediately.
NeuroCLI provides access to specialized LLM inference engines (Mistral Mixtral 8x7B, NeuroCLI Gamma 0.3, NeuroCLI Vision 11B, NeuroCLI Delta 0.2, and NeuroCLI Nano 0.1) via custom proxy wrappers. We reserve the right to modify, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate model availability at any time without prior notice.
To secure your account database index, you must keep your 6-character signup verification code strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities, data loads, and model inferences occurring under your credentials.
Developers utilizing the NeuroCLI API or the `neurocli-sdk` Python package must safeguard their secret API keys. Excessive programmatic access, abuse of the endpoints, or bypassing rate limits may result in immediate key revocation or account suspension. All API interactions are strictly governed by these terms.
All software, 3D layouts, interface styling (CSS), graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of NeuroCLI and Malladi Vishwanath Tanmai. Copying, scraping, or reverse engineering any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
NeuroCLI is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding API uptime, generation accuracy, data retrieval permanence, or network latency speeds. In no event shall Malladi Vishwanath Tanmai or NeuroCLI be liable for any data loss, service interruption, or financial damages arising from model execution.
The NeuroCLI Medical Gamma model and the Clinical Reasoning Core are designed exclusively for educational, research, and decision-support purposes. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information generated by NeuroCLI. All outputs must be independently verified by a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before being utilized in any clinical workflow.
Free-tier accounts are strictly limited by predefined Token-Per-Minute (TPM) and Request-Per-Minute (RPM) thresholds. NeuroCLI utilizes dynamic throttling mechanisms to ensure platform stability. Attempts to circumvent rate limits via automated scripting, parallel account generation, or IP rotation will result in permanent hardware-level IP and subnet bans. Enterprise Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with dedicated throughput are governed by separate, signed Enterprise Contracts.
You agree not to use the NeuroCLI platform to generate, disseminate, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing NeuroCLI models to orchestrate cyberattacks, generate malicious code (malware, ransomware), or bypass security controls (e.g., automated phishing generation). Violations will be reported to relevant cybersecurity authorities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuroCLI, Malladi Vishwanath Tanmai, and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
